1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and c667 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the c667 online casino and sports betting platform available at c667.pro and any associated mobile web applications. By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device used to access it, the method of payment used to deposit funds, or the games and betting markets accessed. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the c667 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. c667 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity) registering and playing for yourself, not on behalf of another person.
• You must not have previously had a c667 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at registration and keep this information updated. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the c667 Platform, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a password meeting c667's minimum complexity requirements, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. c667 staff will never ask for your password through any channel — any communication claiming to be from c667 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

c667 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to the following:

• Government-issued national ID card, passport or driving licence confirming full name and date of birth.
• Proof of ownership of the mobile number registered on the account, including the bKash, Nagad or other MFS account linked to that number.
• Any additional documentation c667 reasonably requires to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations or to investigate unusual account activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

c667 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are conducted through the secure payment channels listed below. c667 does not accept cash, bank cheques, or third-party payments — the name on the payment account used for deposit must match the name on the registered c667 account.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your c667 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases involving network delays, crediting may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact support. c667 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card issuer are the responsibility of the Player and are separate from any amounts credited to the c667 wallet.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may be made at any time from your account dashboard. Withdrawals of real-money balances are processed without fees. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. c667 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Funds derived from bonus balance that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable. Only the real-money portion of your balance is freely withdrawable at any time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

c667 offers a welcome bonus and other ongoing promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any specific promotional terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms prevail.

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new Players who register an account and make a qualifying first deposit. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the Player's wallet — no coupon code is required. The welcome bonus is available to Players registering from anywhere in Bangladesh on equal terms.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• The wagering requirement multiplier and the list of eligible games for each bonus are specified in the applicable promotional terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your c667 wallet at all times. Your wallet dashboard clearly shows which portion of your balance is real-money and which is bonus.
• c667 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably believes the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms, through the use of multiple accounts, or in connection with fraudulent or collusive play.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly without completing wagering, or assigned to any other person or account.

6. Gameplay, Betting and Fair Play

All games and betting markets available on the c667 Platform are supplied by reputable third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, Spribe and Ezugi. The outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on c667 are governed by the standard betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. Odds are displayed in decimal format and represent the total return per unit staked (including the stake). c667 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by technical error, data feed failure or irregular betting patterns. In the event of match abandonment, the applicable rules for the relevant sport and market type will determine settlement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c667 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation and may be permanently banned with all balances forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games or interact with the Platform in a way not available to standard human users.
• Colluding with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping, match-fixing arrangements or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Registering more than one account, sharing an account with another person, or using an account registered in another person's name.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, payment processing glitch or pricing error on the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed from the Player's balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

c667 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. c667 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that every registered Player may activate at any time from their account settings without contacting support. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time alerts, loss limits, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent account suspension at the Player's own request).

If a Player requests a self-exclusion, c667 will suspend the account for the period requested (minimum 30 days) and will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the Player during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period — any account opened by a self-excluded Player will be closed immediately and any deposits made will be returned.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

c667 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account and to withhold funds from the account for investigation where c667 has reasonable grounds to believe any of the following:

• The account is registered by or being used by a person under the age of 21.
• The account holder has provided false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• The account has been used in connection with money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, bonus abuse or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 6.
• c667 is required to do so in order to comply with any applicable law, regulatory requirement or court order.

A Player may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure at the Player's own request, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the c667 Platform — including but not limited to the c667 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, icons, software and source code — is the exclusive property of c667 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from c667. Any unauthorised use of c667's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c667 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any technical failure of the Platform or of any third-party game provider's system.

c667 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption, that it will be free from errors or that any specific game or betting market will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. c667 will use reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

c667 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at c667.pro/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. c667 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is never sold to third parties.

12. Amendments to These Terms

c667 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, c667 will notify registered Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered on the Player's account. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated each time the Terms are revised.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the c667 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. c667 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint, please contact [email protected] in the first instance with full details of your complaint. c667 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. c667 operates as a safe and reliable platform — all Player funds are held separately from operational funds.
